Using Alchemy artwork and acquiring a PRIVATE USE LICENSE, (P.U.L.).

Why should you need a license?

If you would like to use any of Alchemy's Art or other Property for your own personal use for something such as a tattoo, decorating your vehicle or  a personal web site or an online game persona, a free license is available. (If you also require actual digital art files direct from Alchemy Studios for such use, then a charge would need to be made for this service). First, however, you will need to register as a member of the Order of AlGoth. This is entirely free and involves no obligations or intrusions, but it will, in addition, entitle you to unrestricted access to the whole official Alchemy Gothic website and community where you will also benefit from many other special privileges.

If you would like to use any Alchemy Property for any form of commercial or institutional use, then please go to the commercial Alchemy Licensing introduction.

6 short steps to your free Private Use License agreement:

  1. Register as a member of the Order of AlGoth, free: just complete the online form, read the terms then click 'Submit Registration'.
  2. On receipt of your verification email, (within 5 minutes), log-in to the Order of AlGoth and click the link, 'PUL agreement'.
  3. Read the intro there and the Private Use License agreement and, if you are happy with the terms...
  4. Complete and submit the short form at the bottom of the License Agreement.
  5. If you then require a Third Party to render your design, (e.g. a tattooist), they will need to agree to a simple emailed Undertaking with Alchemy about copyright.
  6. You will automatically receive an email confirming your Private Use License.
Then, you are ready to go!

If in addition you then require Alchemy Studios to supply you with a digital copy any specific artwork, (which would require an admin charge), you can see prices and order artwork online from the 'Your Licenses' area.
